This app is basically for those people who need part time employment or for those people who need employees.Both can find each other on this app. They can also contact each other through text messages.Both types of people can know the rating and behaviour of the other whether they are good at work or bad.
When employers see the job needed message of an employee on the map then he can send him the hire request message. The employee can accept or reject his request. If the employee accepts the hire request then he can start a job there. After completing the job they can do the review to each other, so other peoples know the behaviour of respective persons
